The Many Different Forms of Meditation

In our meditation classes we will offer several types of meditation such as guided meditation, singing bowl meditation, visualization mediation, and several others. We will do this because not every form of meditation will work for every individual and our goal is to create the perfect environment so everyone can grow and heal. We will also touch on sound therapy healing that can be worked into your Chakra meditation on a daily basis at home and at work.

These are just to name a few of the hundreds of benefits regular meditation can provide us in our lives. Contrary to popular belief meditation can be performed anywhere. You do not need to be on a cushion with incense burning and humming a mantra to gain the multitude of effects from it. In fact many of us perform what is called Zen Meditation everyday without even knowing we are doing it.
